* Optimize and standardize sales processes to improve efficiency and scalability
* Manage and enhance the CRM system, ensuring data quality, reporting, and user adoption
* Analyze sales performance metrics and provide actionable insights for growth
* Support sales forecasting, pipeline management, and revenue reporting
* Develop and oversee a Sales Training Academy, including onboarding and ongoing training programs
* Implement and manage sales enablement tools to increase team effectiveness
Education
* 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, ideally in bioprocessing or life sciences
* Strong understanding of the full sales cycle from lead generation to order management
* Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and sales analytics tools
* Experience in sales enablement and training program development
* Proven ability to design structured learning programs for commercial teams
* Excellent analytical, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
