We are seeking a highly skilled Forward Deployed Engineer to accelerate our organization’s digital transformation by rapidly adopting AI‑driven solutions. This role involves deploying, customizing, and integrating advanced technologies to meet business needs. You will collaborate closely with internal teams and stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, and innovative solutions that leverage AI, workflow platforms, and modern development practices.
Tasks
* Solution Customization: Deploy, customize, and integrate AI‑driven solutions and workflow platforms.
* Customize and optimize solutions for performance, scalability, and compliance.
* Develop integrations with enterprise systems and third‑party applications.
* Collaboration & Advisory: Partner with internal product, data, and process engineering teams to ensure seamless delivery.
* Provide technical guidance and best practices for AI adoption and digital transformation.
* Drive acceleration across departments to foster innovation and adoption of advanced technologies.
* Operational Excellence: Monitor and maintain deployed solutions, ensuring reliability and security.
* Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly.
* Stay current with emerging technologies and recommend innovative approaches to enhance client solutions.
Profile
* Proficiency in AI Foundry or similar AI platforms.
* Strong programming experience in Java, Python, and C#.
* Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Power Platform for low‑code/no‑code solutions.
* Expertise in Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) for container orchestration of deploying backend services.
* Solid understanding of data pipeline development and management technical competencies.
* Familiarity with cloud‑native architectures and microservices.
* Knowledge of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and integration patterns.
* Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
* Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work in fast‑paced environments.
* Understanding of data security, compliance, and governance in enterprise environments.
* Preferred qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; certifications in Azure, AI/ML, or Power Platform.
* Experience with enterprise‑scale deployments.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills for technical and non‑technical audiences.

We guarantee a competitive salary dependent on your professional and personal qualifications, starting at €45.811,22 gross per year for this position, in accordance with the respective collective agreement. Salary requests above this amount will be considered depending on your previous experience and qualifications.
