As a Group Leader in Production at Eisberg, you will bring structure, quality and teamwork together for success. This full‑time, permanent position requires 38.5 hours per week and begins as of now.

Your tasks
* Organising and controlling the production lines, scheduling employees and planning breaks.
* Ensuring on‑time production in compliance with quality, hygiene, safety and allergen standards.
* Managing, supporting and training employees and organising team meetings.
* Actively working on the production lines and reacting quickly to faults and problems.
* Carrying out quality controls, product approvals and correct documentation, including COD postings.
* Collaborating in improvement measures to optimise processes, order, safety and efficiency in production.
What you bring with you
* Several years of professional experience in production, ideally in the food sector.
* Initial management experience or strong experience in supervising employees.
* High understanding of quality and safety.
* Independent, structured and solution‑orientated way of working.
* Resilient, team‑orientated personality with a hands‑on mentality.
* Good knowledge of German.
* Experience working a two‑shift operation from Monday to Saturday.
We offer a gross monthly salary from €3,274.61, in line with the market, depending on specific qualifications and experience.
