A fair salary based on qualifications, experience, and motivation. The minimum salary according to the IT collective agreement is €3,016 gross per month (full-time) – with a willingness to pay above this based on qualifications.
Responsibilities
* Experience with modern web technologies such as Headless CMS, GraphQL, or API-first approaches
* Expertise in extending and customizing content management systems (e.g., Craft CMS, WordPress, Contentful, Sanity, or Storyblok)
* Ideally, knowledge of PHP frameworks such as Laravel
* A solid understanding of infrastructure, hosting, and deployment processes
* A willingness to embrace new technologies and an agile mindset
* A strong affinity for design, performance, and user experience
* Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with designers, project managers, and fellow developers
* A sense of responsibility and the ability to independently manage technical aspects such as hosting and CMS updates
* Good German and English skills
As a Full Stack Web Developer at our partner company noweb.studio, you will set new standards in web development alongside your colleagues.
You will work on the development of modern websites, webshops, and web applications for startups and established companies. You will design high-performance architectures, specify interfaces, and model efficient data structures – always with a focus on design, performance, and user experience.
You will implement digital solutions in close collaboration with clients and the team, ensuring a scalable, high-quality, and clean codebase. Your experience in extending content management systems will be crucial, as you effectively utilize modern web technologies.
Together with your colleagues, you will optimize the development workflow, establish best practices, and explore new technologies. You will take responsibility for technical processes and actively contribute to the evolution of our tech stack.
