Your role at Dynatrace
This full-time, permanent position for early career professionals eager to start their career in software development. While the role can be located either in Linz (preferred) or Hagenberg, please note the whole onboarding phase (aprox. 6 months) will be held in Hagenberg. In this role you will:
o Join our team of career starters to make first steps in your development career at Dynatrace, working on AI-based applications, AI productivity projects and more.
o Strengthen your tech knowledge, work on exciting projects, and get familiar with Dev life at Dynatrace (tooling, agile methods, code of conduct, etc.)
o Be part of an ambitious team of like-minded colleagues who start their Dev career at Dynatrace
o Collaborate with experienced Software Engineers as mentors
What Will Help You Succeed
* BSc / MSc Graduates in AI or Software Engineering with specialization in AI
* Software Engineering skills are a must. Knowledge of Javascript, React, Typescript, Spring Boot is considered a plus.
* Understanding of object-oriented programming, data structures, and algorithms
* Being a team player with a proactive approach, and solid problem-solving skills
* Good English communication skills

Compensation Data
Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary for this position, which is € 44.450 gross per year based on full-time employment (38.5 h / week). We offer a higher salary in line with qualifications and experience.
