The ASE will be responsible for meeting/exceeding Sales quota/targets across the territory and for selected products. Primary responsibility is selling to maximize opportunities for the generation of profitable revenue from existing agents. Manage end to end sales process including selling the complete product portfolio to existing agents.
The ASE is responsible for developing and generating leads and ongoing lead management, deal structure, negotiation, and closing the sale.
Role Responsibilities
1. 360 Agent lifecycle management/trouble shooting of all agents (new and existing).
2. Field work. This role is a work from home position and a company car is provided.
3. Identify agents, negotiate and close the sale and manage ramp up from day 1. Manage existing networks (eg. change of ownership/ change of entities Organize recertification, banking changes, Credit limit, hardware/software/IT upgrade.
4. Oversee Branding of locations, yellow shops, Concept stores etc.
5. Ensure Marketing materials (e.g. leaflets, stickers, merchandising) are distributed, up-to-date and visibly placed.
6. Pricing, agent commission at POS level in collaboration with Inside Sales.
Role Requirements
7. Minimum 2-3 years of sales experience, preferably from the Money Transfer industry. Documented track record of meeting/exceeding sales quota.
8. Valid driving license.
9. Availability to travel up to 70% in pre-defined area.
10. Degree preferred but not essential.
11. English and German fluency is required, additional language is a plus.
12. Account development mindset with strong negotiation skills and ability to qualify leads based on revenue potential.
13. Ability to project manage prospective agents through the agent onboarding process, including collections, and processing of documentation and working collaboratively across functional departments throughout the agent onboarding process.

Salary
We are under legal obligation to indicate the minimum salary, which is EUR 41.625,00 gross per year for this position. However, our attractive compensation packages follow current market salaries and can therefore be significantly above the indicated minimum salary.
