Your Tasks
* Work closely with product owners and stakeholders to analyze business needs and integrate them into the CRM system
* Define and enforce CRM development standards based on best practices and governance models
* Configure the system, workflows, automation, and integrate it with third-party systems
* Monitor performance and troubleshoot issues
* Document system architecture and data flows to ensure smooth transition and effective knowledge retention
Your Profile
* At least 3 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365
* Proficient in CRM configuration, including workflows, user setup, data import, SQL, and security settings
* Experience with integration tools and APIs
* Strong problem‑solving abilities and innovative thinking in troubleshooting system and process issues; proactive approach to communication and teamwork
* Excellent English skills, both written and spoken

Minimum Salary
Salary will be determined based on professional experience; the formal minimum salary according to Collective Bargaining Agreement is € 47 810,14.
Earliest Entry Date
