Job description
* Support the Project Manager in the execution of European site consolidation projects
* Take ownership of sub‑projects and in the medium term, take over full responsibility for consolidation projects
* Plan, facilitate, and document workshops, meetings, and decision sessions
* Set up, maintain, and continuously improve the project environment (e.g. Jira, MS SharePoint)
* Monitor and control project scope, timelines and budgets
* Prepare regular project status reports and presentations for the Steering Committee
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or Project / Change Management
* Experience in project management, ideally within an international environment
* Confident use of MS Office; experience with Jira and basic knowledge of SAP SD and MM is an advantage
* Strong commercial awareness combined with solid analytical capabilities
* Clear, confident communication style and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
* Very good English skills; willingness to travel approx. 20%

Salary package and benefits: The collective minimum monthly salary for this position is € 3.802,93 (monthly gross salary). Willingness to overpayment depending on your professional experience and qualifications.

The voestalpine High Performance Metals SCM company will further develop the processes for forecast and material requirements planning with the help of digitized and cross-company planning approaches.
