Your mission
* Drive and promote Quality Strategy across feature teams
* Coach teams on QA best practices and continuous improvement
* Refine quality standards for development processes
* Expand test coverage (manual and automated)
* Maintain test documentation (test plans, cases, evidence)
* Coordinate UAT sessions with business users and verify release readiness
* Optimize release processes through automation and quality checks
Your core competencies
* Several years of practical experience in Software Testing
* Proactive team player with strong collaboration skills
* Solid knowledge of Git or other Version Control Systems
* Experience with Test Automation Tools (e.g., Playwright, Robot, Cypress)
* API Testing experience (Postman, SoapUI)
* Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Agile environments
* Understanding of SDLC and DevOps methodologies
* Good communication skills in English
