Duties & Responsibilities
1. Aggregation, analysis, and consolidation of data from external and internal sources on consumer behavior and market mechanisms, and participation in the generation of insights based on this data
2. Identification and evaluation of trends, patterns, and other correlations in the data, and assessment of their strategic or operational relevance with regard to potential growth opportunities
3. Creating, expanding, and maintaining customer journeys and simulation models to describe consumer behavior, markets, and market relationships, as well as to forecast market developments
4. Working with scenarios and evaluating them
5. Data visualizations to support decision-making, both operationally and strategically, using interactive dashboards, reports, and presentations
Qualifications
6. Completed degree (economics, marketing, statistics, data science, etc.)
7. Professional experience in creating market, potential, and forecast models and calculating business cases
8. Relevant knowledge of data analysis and statistics
9. Very good analytical and conceptual skills as well as strong strategic thinking
10. Confident use of common analysis, reporting, AI, and BI tools and MS Office skills
11. Very good English and German knowledge (C1)
12. High level of personal responsibility and enthusiasm for new trends
