Job Description
NETWORK DESIGN
In this role, you will actively contribute to the continuous execution and enhancement of Red Bull's established network design process and tools. You will run complex network simulations for Beverage and VISIT products, combining quantitative model outputs with qualitative business factors to derive robust optimization recommendations.
You will perform scenario planning, including what-if, sensitivity, and risk-mitigation analyses, to assess the impact of global market developments on the supply chain. Your analytical outputs will shape the strategic evolution of Red Bull's global Operations network.
SUPPLY CHAIN ANALYSIS
You will conduct in-depth analyses of end-to-end supply chain data to identify structural improvement opportunities across availability, cost, and resilience. By transforming large and complex datasets into clear, actionable insights, you will directly support strategic decision-making within Operations.
COLLABORATION
Building strong relationships with stakeholders across Operations, Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance, Data Science, and IT will be an essential part of your role. You will work closely with subject-matter experts to validate assumptions, ensure feasibility, and support the successful implementation of network recommendations. Acting as a trusted analytical partner, you will promote data-driven and network-centric thinking across the organization.
Qualifications
Minimum two years of experience as a Supply Chain Analyst or in a similar supply chain role, ideally in a fast-paced, global environment
University Degree (Bachelor or Master) in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management/Research, Business Analytics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
Experience with network design tools, data modelling and/or advanced analytics
Strong analytical and mathematical skills with the ability to translate complex analyses into clear business insights
Experience in data mining, processing large datasets, and developing data-driven recommendations
Experience in project work or project management is a plus, especially in cross-functional environments
Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel
University degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business Analytics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
Fluent in English; German skills are a strong advantage
High level of personal drive, ownership, and a hands-on, solution-oriented mindset
Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a continuous improvement mindset
Team player with an entrepreneurial spirit and the ability to work effectively across functions and cultures
Additional Information
Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR 2.362 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
