Erste Group is seeking a dynamic and experienced Group Lead for Bancassurance to manage and develop strategic alliances between our partners and Erste Group. This strategic role involves leading the steering, monitoring, and reporting on joint initiatives, ensuring alignment and effective communication within Erste Group and with our strategic partners.
Your Responsibilities
10. Business Development & Cooperation: Manage and develop strategic alliances between strategic partners and Erste Group for bancassurance business
11. Strategic Initiatives: Investigate, develop, and oversee new areas and initiatives for cooperation
12. Communication Management: Ensure effective communication and alignment within Erste Group and with strategic partners, including regular reporting to senior management
13. Partnership Management: Select partners, establish alliances, and conduct feasibility studies for potential joint initiatives
14. Trend Monitoring & Strategy Development: Monitor external trends and innovations affecting bancassurance, align strategy with senior management, and recommend action steps
Your Background
15. Extensive knowledge in international retail banking and bancassurance business
16. Experience in product and process management
17. Strong customer orientation and proven project management skills
18. Excellent presentational and analytical skills
19. Strong experience in collaborating with C-Levels (board) and various internal & externals stakeholders
20. Fluency in English, any Group-language is a plus

23. The minimum wage for this full-time position in accordance with the collective agreement with complete fulfillment of the functional profile is EUR 53.569,-- gross per year. But this is just a formality - we would be happy to talk about your actual salary in person!
