Strategic Channel Manager - Cybersecurity, 80-100% (f/m/x)
Job Description
Your role
* Develop and execute effective partner strategies and build partner programs.
* Develop scalable models for channel-led revenue growth (MSSPs, VARs, system integrators)
* Develop strategic plans, set goals, and take ownership of partner contribution to the pipeline.
* Recruit, onboard, train, and enable strategic partners to accelerate the adoption of our OT cybersecurity solutions.
* Collaborate with the marketing team to develop co-marketing initiatives and campaigns with partners.
* Work closely with sales managers to co-develop and close deals through the channel.
* Conduct product presentations and on-site demonstrations with sales partners and application engineers.
* Implement KPIs to monitor partner performance across the pipeline, certifications, and joint marketing.
What makes you a great fit
* You have a technical education or relevant work experience in IT, cybersecurity, or engineering.
* You have experience in channel/partner management, business development, or strategic alliances, ideally in the OT/IT cybersecurity or technology sector.
* You have proven success launching and scaling partner ecosystems.
* You are characterized by strong strategic competency with excellent technical sales and presentation skills.
* You have an innovative attitude, always seeking new ways to improve processes and outcomes.
* You have an excellent command of English; German proficiency is preferred but not mandatory.
* You enjoy traveling within Europe (up to 40% travel).
