Key Responsibilities
As Account Manager you will represent our ABB, Busch-Jaeger and Striebel & John brands. You will be responsible for the order intake/sales budget while adhering to price targets. This includes the organization and planning of measures to increase incoming orders/sales of new customers and the introduction of new products and systems.
You Are Mainly Responsible For
* Acquiring customers (defined target groups) for ABB and building and maintaining an intensive customer relationship
* Developing and ensuring an individual, solution- and value-oriented cooperation between ABB and customers
* Commercial negotiations and agreements in the cooperation at decision-maker level with a focus on growth for the customer and ABB
* (Further) develop the customer target group in the technical and marketing competence of our product and system solutions
* Ensure customer utilization of ABB software tools/configurators
* Co-manage condition and bonus agreements
* Conduct annual meetings, develop and implement joint regional market activities
* Implement digitalization (e-commerce, online tools, online store EGH)
Qualifications For The Role
* Training as a master electrician, electrical engineer or commercial training with a technical affinity
* Experience in the sale of technical products and systems is desirable
* Expansion of the existing network
* Knowledge of the electrical wholesale and electrical installation market in Germany
* Very good knowledge of German
