Austria, Switzerland The role has oversight of a multi‑country team of Specialty Sales Representatives
, with accountability for performance, execution, and team development across defined markets. The portfolio sits within specialty care, spanning immunology, gastroenterology, and dermatology, and is promoted primarily within specialist healthcare settings.
The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for translating overarching brand and portfolio strategies into effective regional execution, ensuring consistent, compliant delivery while adapting to local market needs.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and develop a regional team of Specialty Sales Representatives operating across multiple countries Own regional performance against sales, activity, and quality KPIs Implement national and regional strategies in line with partner objectives and portfolio priorities Drive consistent execution while allowing for appropriate local market adaptation Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Medical, Market Access, Training, and Operations teams Monitor performance using CRM data and field insights, taking corrective action where required Support talent development, succession planning, and capability building across the region Ensure all activity is conducted in full compliance with local laws, partner requirements, and industry codes of practice
Experience
