What You Can Expect : Business Development & Revenue Growth Acquire new customers (C level and above) to generate GP and shipment volumes. Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to meet and exceed targets. Build and maintain a strong pipeline through prospecting, networking, and market intelligence. Account Development Manage and grow a portfolio of assigned customers with a focus on long-term value. Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities across air and ocean services. Build strong relationships with key decision-makers. Customer Strategy & Segmentation Focus on acquiring and developing C, B, and A-level customers. Support the transition of smaller (D-level) customers to inside sales where appropriate. Contribute to account planning and segmentation strategies. Sales Process & Tools Use CRM systems to manage pipeline, track opportunities, and ensure accurate forecasting. Maintain high-quality data and reporting standards. Cross-functional Collaboration Work closely with internal teams to develop tailored logistics solutions. Ensure smooth onboarding and customer satisfaction. What You Bring: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field 2 to 4 years of experience in Sales or freight forwarding operations Excellent communication and negotiation skills Good commercial awareness with a focus on pricing and profitability Proficiency in CRM systems and tools.
