The Role
Head of Business Development & Supply Chain Management. This is a strategic leadership role focused on scaling production, building customer relationships, and optimizing every step of our supply chain — from feedstock to finished product. You’ll work directly with our CEO and CTO to transform deep‑tech innovation into real‑world impact. Think: industrial upscaling, pilot programs, and building the operational engine for FreyZein’s next growth chapter.
What You’ll Do
Lead and optimize end‑to‑end supply chain operations, from raw material sourcing to delivery.
Drive B2B business development and customer engagement across apparel and technical textiles.
Oversee pilot programs and manufacturing partners, ensuring seamless onboarding and feedback loops.
Coordinate with R&D, design, and commercial teams to support product scalability and performance validation.
Support contracting, pricing, logistics, and market‑entry planning.
What You Bring
5+ years in Supply Chain, Operations, or Business Development (preferably in textiles, sustainable fashion, or materials).
Experience scaling operations and navigating complex production or logistics ecosystems.
Strong customer‑facing and partner management skills.
Analytical thinker with a hands‑on, solutions‑first mindset.
Passion for circularity, sustainability, and building what’s next.
Background in Supply Chain, Business, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
