We’re looking for an HR Business Partner to join the People Team!
What you’ll do:
1. Serve as the key HR leader supporting various teams across multiple locations in Europe including Software Engineering, Hardware Engineering, Manufacturing, and Operations
2. Partner with stakeholders to ensure employee and business needs are met, focusing on organisational design, change leadership, and talent management in a rapidly growing company
3. Support HR activities related to production schedules, workforce planning, shift patterns, and retention of production staff
4. Lead workforce development initiatives, including skills training and apprenticeship programs and student worker programs
5. Partner with Legal and Compliance to build HR policies, procedures, and training for new manufacturing or clean-room environments
6. Recommend, develop, and implement new HR processes as required to grow the business
7. Influence business and talent initiatives that support our short and long-term business goals, including driving practices that enable high performance and operational excellence
8. Provide counsel and guidance on complex employee matters
9. Act as an executive coach for key clients and leaders; hold a high bar for leadership values and behaviours
10. Influence and/or deploy practices to increase employee engagement and satisfaction
11. Model and reinforce our cultural values of being kind, smart, and creative
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
12. Experience influencing and advising executive leadership on talent and employment matters
13. Experience with people data analytics; ability to influence with data
14. Ability to coach leaders on personal and team development
15. Ability to prioritise workload and self-manage projects; demonstrates initiative and manages multiple, competing priorities
16. Experience in HRLDP or similar development program experience
17. Experience providing HR business partner support to engineering, technical, and/or design teams
18. Experience designing and deploying HR systems and processes
19. Experience with core HR domains, including performance management, organisational design, talent management, compensation, and employee relations
Minimum Qualifications:
20. Bachelor’s degree in human resource management or related field or equivalent years of experience
21. HR related experience
Preferred Qualifications:
22. Experience in in manufacturing, production, engineering, or regulated facilities (such as labs or clean rooms)
23. Familiarity with HR challenges in industrial or technical environments, including regulatory compliance, operational cadence, and multi-shift workforce
24. Master’s degree in HR, IR or similar field
25. HR experience in a tech start-up or high growth company
26. Knowledge of and experience with Snap Inc products
