Atrial fibrillation affects over 33 million individuals worldwide and is the most common form of serious arrhythmia. Being in a fast‑growing cardiac ablation business segment and with recent acquisition of the Affera™ Mapping and Ablation System, we are poised to provide innovative solutions to address unmet needs for many patients. We are seeking a talented and motivated Affera™ Therapy Account Consultant to join our team to further drive the growth of the business.
Reporting to the operating unit this role is critical in providing expert clinical and technical support and training to physicians and EP Lab Staff on the optimal use of the Affera™ Mapping and Ablation System.
Position Responsibilities:
* Provide proficient clinical and technical assistance to physicians and EP Lab Staff on the use of the Affera™ Mapping and Ablation System and related equipment (Generators, SW functionalities, pump and accessories).
* Provide in‑service training to introduce new technologies to various hospital stakeholders and ensure technology acceptance.
* Be an active participant to the development of advanced clinical workflows.
* Play an active role in the planning and effective installation of the Affera™ Mapping and Ablation System and efficiently collaborate with the technical department.
* Work closely with the education team and support the development of training centers.
* Share clinical best practices with colleagues to continuously optimize customer experience.
* Work with field service engineers on technical troubleshooting.
* Demonstrate a high level of responsiveness to customer or other internal and external stakeholders.
* Participate in regular territory reviews in the account team with the Sales Manager.
* Comply with all company trainings.
* Participate in regional and occasionally international congresses, symposia and workshops.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree required in bio‑medical engineering, electrical or related scientific disciplines.
Desired/preferred qualifications:
* Ability to manage high‑stress situations with a clear problem‑solving mindset.
* Must have a valid driver’s license.
* Fluent English skills
* Availability and willingness to travel - Operational area Central Austria.

* 12 months period of learning pathway, theoretical and practical training attending live EP/Affera cases to get the Affera required certification. Training in 3D Navigation & Mapping, Electrophysiology procedures and products to drive conversion on Affera Mapping Systems Technical Consultant.
