Overview
Anton Paar develops, produces, and distributes highly precise measuring instruments and automation and robotics solutions worldwide. As a Requirements & Systems Engineer, you translate user needs into precise system requirements, facilitate workshops, and ensure verification – contributing directly to the quality and innovation of our measurement systems.
Responsibilities
Plan, prepare, and moderate workshops for eliciting user and stakeholder requirements
Analyze, structure, and document requirements according to IREB-compliant methods and internal Anton Paar processes
Derive system requirements from user requirements and ensure traceability to design and test levels
Collaborate closely with product management, project management, and system architects to ensure completeness and consistency of requirements
Support interdisciplinary development teams in the implementation and application of requirements throughout the entire product lifecycle
Derive and document test cases based on system requirements
Support system tests during prototype and pre-series phases in the laboratory
Act as key user for requirements management tools (Polarion)
Contribute to the continuous improvement of the company-wide requirements engineering process
Qualifications
Degree in engineering, physics, computer science, or a comparable field (BSc/MSc or equivalent)
Several years of experience in requirements engineering
Ideally IREB certification (Foundation Level or higher)
Excellent English (C1/C2) and German (C1/C2) language skills
Strong ability to moderate technical discussions and consolidate complex stakeholder requirements
Broad technical understanding (software, electronics, mechanics, physics)
Willingness to travel (approx. 20%)

The minimum gross monthly salary for this position is € 3,500 (based on full-time employment). What truly counts for us are your personality, your skills, and the experience you bring.
