Job Description
1. Provide effective support to the team to enable efficient services.
2. Respond to customer queries promptly to ensure satisfaction.
3. Maintain quality and appropriateness of customer service.
4. Keep the Front Office log book and shift reports updated.
5. Address inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
6. Ensure guests experience a smooth, professional, and friendly check-in and check-out process.
7. Maintain high standards in all job aspects.
8. Record all banquet and other functions in the hotel.
9. Coordinate with other departments to resolve operational issues.
10. Follow Procedures & Standards Manual.
11. Answer and screen telephone calls, forwarding as necessary.
12. Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and events.
13. Greet and assist visitors professionally and courteously.
14. Handle basic inquiries and manage mail.
15. Copy, scan, and file documents.
16. Monitor and reorder office supplies.
17. Keep the reception area tidy and observe professional etiquette.
18. Perform additional administrative tasks as required.
19. Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures.
