Product Manager / Business Development Manager Life Science (m/f/d)
Molecular Biology / Genomics and related applications
Product Strategy and Roadmap Development
Define and develop the product strategy as well as workflows and solutions for molecular biology and genomics-related products and applications
Align product strategy with market needs and company goals
Cross-functional Collaboration
Work closely with cross-functional teams including suppliers, distributor managers, sales teams as well as field application scientists and customers
Cooperate with international Biomedica sales teams
Visiting and supporting national and international congresses, roadshows and seminars
Market Research and Competitive Analysis
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape together with sales teams and our business development.
Analyze competitor products and strategies
Forecasting & reporting
Customer Engagement and Support
Engage with key customers and stakeholders to gather feedback and understand their needs
Provide technical support and training to sales teams and customers
Perform online as well as on-site demonstrations of instruments and related workflows
Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Life Sciences, Molecular Biology, Genomics, Biotechnology, or a related field
Experience as a product manager or salesperson in the biotech or life sciences industry is welcome but not required
Strong understanding of molecular biology, NGS and PCR techniques, and related applications
Ability and willingness to learn quickly and pass on knowledge to others
Strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
Innovative mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
Microsoft Office skills
Very good English skills (written/spoken)
Willingness to travel (up to 50%)

The gross monthly salary for this position starts at EUR 3000 (full-time) and will be discussed and agreed on an individual basis, depending on qualifications and professional experience.
