You consistently apply the internal development Stage‑Gate process and agile principles to ensure product quality, rapid adaptation to necessary customer needs, and facilitate smooth workflows.
Capacity for excellence
Technical education with solid mechatronic understanding, ideally complemented by a project management qualification; experience in the semiconductor industry is an advantage.
Strong leadership skills: you inspire, motivate, and lead interdisciplinary, international teams with a positive, solution‑oriented mindset.
High initiative, flexibility, proactivity, and assertiveness – you view challenges as opportunities and act responsibly.
Fluent communication skills in German and English, both spoken and written, enabling confident interaction at all levels.
Structured and systematic working style with the ability to maintain oversight even in stressful situations.
High social competence and empathy to foster a respectful and productive working environment.
