YOUR CONTRIBUTION
You will be responsible for your own client portfolio, with the goal of continuously building business relationships.
You will identify clients’ challenges and propose solutions.
You will serve as the primary point of contact for client matters within the company and work closely with other departments.
You will tailor services to meet client requirements and contractual agreements.
YOUR SKILLSET
You have experience in direct customer contact - for example, in the hospitality industry, at a front desk, in tourism, customer service, or sales.
You remain calm, confident, and solution-oriented even in stressful situations.
You have a keen sense of customer needs and impress others with your strong communication skills and empathy.
You handle complaints and escalations professionally and find pragmatic solutions.
A business or technical education (e.g., HAK, HTL) is an advantage but not arequirement.
Initial experience with digital tools or software is a plus.
Very good written and spoken German skills.

Due to legal requirements, we are obliged to point out that the collective agreement minimum salary for this position starts at a gross annual salary at around € 37,000. We offer an overpayment (even significant ones) which is based on your individual qualifications and professional experience.
