Specialist Retailer Finance (f/m/x) Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for financial analysis and performance monitoring of retail partners in selected markets within the Central and Southern Europe region.
You manage the Dealer Benchmarking System (DBS)/ RFB, ensure data quality, validation processes, and reporting flows between retail partners, NSC and BMW AG.
You support retail partners in interpreting financial results and optimize profitability and cost structures.
You identify financial risks and opportunities, provide actionable recommendations, ensure Contract Market-specific Cost (CMC) steering and claim handling.
You support financial audits and validate investment proposals.
In collaboration with external consultants and local BMW colleagues, you will support dealers in performance and cost management.
You identify local potential from data in the technical context as well as prioritize and implement data driven Use Cases in the business context.
You are the contact person for the sales region for the central (AG) Data Transformation Officer.
Qualifications
University degree in Business Administration (e.g., Controlling / Finance / Accounting) or equivalent qualification.
Professional experience in controlling/accounting preferred but not a must.
High social competence as well as strong communication and presentation skills.
High flexibility and ability to multitask and self-motivate.
Affinity and expertise for data management and governance.
Very good command of English.
Good user skills in MS Office.
Experience in the automotive industry is an advantage.

Minimum salary €3,300 gross per month. Salary depends on qualification or professional experience. Position graded FLVI.
