Your Responsibilities
Identify digital transformation potential and AI capabilities by conducting process analyses and workshops, and collaborate closely with stakeholders and experts to define concepts, scope, and customer‑oriented solutions
Lead and manage cross‑functional projects across multiple digital products, driving feature design, breaking down requirements into actionable technical specifications, and ensuring successful software releases in agile scrum teams
Leverage AI expertise to deliver innovative solutions, actively drive change for sustainable implementation, and ensure project delivery on time, within budget, and scope while managing risks effectively
Support product managers in executing the product backlog to realize product vision and INNIO’s Digital Strategy, prepare project status reports, and provide regular updates to stakeholders at all levels
Document developed functionalities and features for future reference, and coordinate the resolution of Level 3 support tickets for digital solutions
Your Profile
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, International Business, Engineering, or related field
3‑5 years of experience in software companies or multinational industries with proven results
Passion for AI, software development, and digitalization, with hands‑on project management experience in agile environments
Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage competing demands and interface confidently with senior leadership
Strong technical and problem‑solving abilities, business understanding, and a team‑oriented, open‑minded approach
A valid work permit for Austria is a prerequisite for this position (Non‑EU citizens: please attach the work permit to the application)
This role requires 50% presence at the headquarters in Jenbach, Austria
