Role Overview
As a Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and managing a portfolio of B2B clients, focusing on fleet solutions across Austria. You will play a key role in expanding market share, building long-term partnerships, and delivering tailored mobility solutions to corporate customers.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage a portfolio of corporate clients across Austria Identify and acquire new B2B customers, with a focus on fleet and mobility solutions Build strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers Understand client needs and propose customized fleet solutions Drive the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing and account development Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, operations) to ensure seamless delivery Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to the Sales Director
Candidate Profile
Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally within automotive, mobility, leasing, or fleet management Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills Strategic mindset with the ability to identify growth opportunities Fluent in German and English Strong communication and presentation skills Self-driven, results-oriented, and comfortable working in a multinational environment Willingness to travel across Austria
