Position Overview
As of now we are looking for a Regional Operating Unit RWE Manager to join our team in the Regional Center Vienna. In this role, you will lead the development of the strategic Real‑World Evidence (RWE) plan in close collaboration with Medical and Healthcare Affairs, co‑create and manage research projects, oversee real‑world data collection, and ensure timely evidence generation from concept to publication.
Tasks & Responsibilities
* Develop RCV strategic RWE plan in collaboration with Medical Affairs Manager and Healthcare Affairs Manager
* Co‑create research projects with cross‑functional teams and external stakeholders
* Manage real‑world data collection and evidence generation activities from project concept to its completion and publication of the results
* Collect and evaluate RWE plans and projects of local teams in countries
* Ensure compliance with regulatory and ethical standards
Requirements
* Degree in Epidemiology, Biostatistics, or related field
* Experience in managing RWE projects; experience in Pharma industry (Medical Affairs or Clinical Research) is an advantage
* Strong analytical and statistical skills
* Strategic thinking, excellent communication, and collaboration abilities
* Understanding of different types of data sources and methodologies

Remuneration
The remuneration for this position starts at €83,250 gross annual target salary per year (full time). The actual salary package depends on professional experience and qualifications. We will be happy to discuss further details in person.
