Kapsch TrafficCom is a leading provider of intelligent transportation systems. We are currently seeking a highly skilled Group Controller to join our team.

About the Role
The Group Controller plays a vital role in driving financial transparency and strategic decision-making across the organization. This position encompasses a broad spectrum of responsibilities, including financial planning and analysis, reporting and consolidation, process optimization, and cross-functional collaboration.
1. Annual planning and quarterly forecasting at the group level, including financial planning and analysis in collaboration with regions, country subsidiaries, and departments.
2. Prepare and analyze monthly reports, continuously enhancing management reporting and ensuring consistent reporting quality across the group.
3. Contribute to the optimization of group-wide financial processes through concept development, implementation, and standardization, actively participating in cross-functional projects.
4. Conduct variance analyses, ad-hoc evaluations, and prepare presentations for executive and committee meetings.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A university degree in business administration with a focus on controlling, finance, or business informatics.
* Minimum of 2 years of experience in corporate controlling, ideally within an international project- or service-oriented company.
* Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Salesforce, and OneStream, with a strong interest in IT, particularly in reporting and business intelligence.
* Solid knowledge of IFRS (especially IFRS 15 and 16) and financial statement interpretation.
* Experience in financial planning, with a solid understanding of balance sheet structures and cash flow dynamics.
* Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to create high-quality reports for internal and external audiences.
* An international and intercultural mindset, with fluency in English (written and spoken).
* Assertive, open-minded, self-driven, and able to stay focused under pressure.
