Your Responsibilities Support clients in optimizing financial and accounting processes and IT systems in SAP S/4HANA transformations. Lead parts of projects: from assessing current (AS-IS) processes, developing roadmaps, to rolling out new S/4HANA finance components. Contribute actively to team strategy and portfolio development. Identify opportunities, support proposal preparation and acquisition with guidance from a coach. Act as a subject-matter coach or mentor for junior colleagues within your projects. Your Profile Previous experience in consulting (internal or external) or finance/IT roles involving SAP implementation or redesign projects in financial accounting. Strong understanding of SAP FI module (CO is a plus) and financial value flows. Good analytical and conceptual skills, with attention to feasibility of solutions. Proactive personality, willing to contribute to team growth. German (business fluent) and very good English skills. Willingness to travel occasionally to client sites.
