As People Services team we:
We are a collaborative team supporting 23 countries across the Coca-Cola HBC family. Our focus is on HR administration support, ensuring smooth and accurate processing of employee-related data. From hirings and promotions to salary updates and leave management, we handle the administrative backbone of the employee lifecycle and ensure it's covered with the relevant employee documentation.
We work closely with local stakeholders to deliver timely and reliable service. Our days often include working with Excel, generating tailored reports, and engaging in Microsoft Teams meetings to resolve queries or enhance our skills through internal training.
Our new team member needs to:
* Have solid understanding of HR business processes and technologies.
* Have essential experience in the field of HCM.
* Have 4+ years of HR systems/administration experience in FMCG/multinational environment.
* Have experience with MS Office. Workday and SAP would be a great advantage.
* Present complex information confidently.
* Manage and develop people.
* Drive process improvements.
* Be fluent in English.

About your new team:
Coca-Cola Hellenic BSO is a fast-growing Business Services Organization providing a range of Finance, Procurement and Human Resource services to 27 of our countries in Europe and Africa.
We conduct financial and accounting activities, support the administration of human resources processes, and manage business data for CCH markets.
By centralizing these functions, BSO Hellenic ensures consistency, efficiency, and high-quality service delivery across the organization. The team is dedicated to continuous improvement and innovation, striving to provide the best possible support to all departments.
