Your Responsibilities in Our Team
* You independently manage projects and are responsible for their planning, controlling, and reporting
* You act as the interface between customers, sales, and software development
* You record customer requirements and prepare them
* You take on the technical design based on established standard architectures and assist in the preparation of quotations
* You are responsible for the ongoing support, monitoring, and development of the software solution used
* You actively consult on the further development of our customers and software solutions, even after project completion
* You actively collaborate with the agile development team
* You are responsible for the entire product life cycle
What We Expect from You
* You have completed technical training (HTL, FH, university) and already have several years of professional experience in a comparable position (ideally in industry or in a production environment)
* You are organized and highly motivated to handle projects independently
* You have analytical thinking skills, personal commitment, a high level of quality awareness, and strong communication skills
* You are decisive, extroverted, proactive, and confident when dealing with customers
* You are business fluent in written and spoken German and English
* Knowledge of lean management is an advantage

For legal reasons, we state here the minimum basic salary based on the IT collective agreement of €3,843 gross per month for full‑time employment and at least three years of professional experience. For this position, we offer an attractive salary commensurate with your qualifications, skills and experience.
