ANDRITZ is seeking a Project Manager (m/f/d) to lead, steer, and further develop projects within the Green Hydrogen, Renewable Fuels, and Power-2X Division, managing scopes well above one hundred million.

What can you expect?
* Manage customer orders with profit & loss responsibility, overseeing costs, deadlines, and quality from project handover to final acceptance.
* Report project progress in monthly reviews.
* Lead the international project team, ensuring a collaborative and solution-oriented environment.
* Coordinate closely with engineering, procurement, logistics, construction management, and other organizational units.
* Lead communication, meetings, and negotiations with customers and project partners.
* Manage project scheduling, resource planning, and controlling.
* Handle contract and claim management per contractual agreements, ensuring documentation is available timely.
* Escalate issues to management and collaborate with the legal department as needed.
* Manage project changes and deviations according to contract.
* Report to the Global Director of Project Management for the Green Hydrogen, Renewable Fuels, and Power-2X Division.
In your personal skill set, you have
* At least 10+ years of experience in international EPC project management, preferably in chemical plant engineering.
* A proven track record of successfully closing 3-digit million projects.
* A customer-focused, proactive personality with strong ownership and commitment.
* Degree qualification, preferably in engineering.
* Excellent knowledge of project management tools and processes.
* Fluent in English; international team experience is a plus.
* Good PC skills (e.g., Microsoft 365, SAP, or similar ERP).
* A proactive, hands-on mentality and willingness to develop execution capabilities from scratch.
* Willingness to travel internationally and work with diverse cultures.

In Austria, the minimum gross monthly salary is legally €4,805.08. Depending on qualifications and experience, a market-based salary will be offered.
