ABOUT THE JOB
As our Product Manager (f/m/d), you will:
1. Drive vision and roadmap for the ecosystem integrations product portfolio while exploring opportunities for market share expansion.
2. Manage the full product lifecycle of Prewave’s integrations portfolio – from concept to delivery while balancing technical feasibility vs. user needs.
3. Foster a truly user-centric approach, applying continuous discovery practices to deeply understand customer needs and prioritise opportunities accordingly in close collaboration with engineering and design.
4. Ensure a scaled continuous delivery of product increments by unblocking your team’s execution, focusing on high-impact efforts as well as ensuring seamless functionality for a delightful user and partner experience.
5. Derive product objectives and track metrics – measuring and sharing customer value to drive strategic outcomes in terms of user acquisition, activation and retention.
6. Foster a collaborative environment and shared understanding across teams, functions and business units - valuing openness and idea-sharing, while guiding teams to ship differentiating features.
7. Champion and evangelise our product with stakeholders and position it as a best-in-class solution on the market, implementing our growth and GTM strategy.
ABOUT YOU
Must-haves:
1. You’re passionate about helping customers. They are at the heart of what you do and empathy drives your decisions to deliver high-quality products and take full ownership of the customer journey as well as the whole product lifecycle.
2. You’re impact-oriented. You can identify and prioritise opportunities worth pursuing based on user research & data - instead of assumptions - as well as map them to business outcomes that the entire company will rally behind.
3. You’re inspiring others. You can get your cross-functional team to dream up to a common vision and enable them to solve complex problems by breaking them down into small iterative steps of incremental value.
4. You’re tech-savvy and curious. You have a solid understanding of software engineering and cloud technologies, allowing you to collaborate effectively with technical teams.
5. You’re used to operating in a high-pressure environment. You can navigate high-stakes situations with a balanced, thoughtful approach, making informed decisions that drive both business success and customer value.
6. You’re continuously learning. With at least 5 years of experience in SaaS product management, you keep striving towards excellence – whether it’s interviewing customers, bringing products to the market, or following the latest industry trends. You’re willing to leave your comfort zone as well as learn new skills in order to enable your team and get the job done.
7. You’re eligible to work in Austria, France, Germany or the UK. A valid work permit and residence in our home country or one of our hubs is required.
8. Background in supply chain management, risk management, maths, or statistics.
9. Experience with applied product analytics, e.g. using SQL, R, or dedicated analytics products.
10. Experience in working with and negotiating with external vendors and partners.
11. German language skills, though all company and team communication is in English.
