About the Role
Reporting to the Country Manager, you’ll take ownership of the Australian market, building strong relationships with key stakeholders across healthcare and allied health channels. You'll lead the commercial strategy locally, expand product reach, and ensure every patient receives the care and support they need through tailored nutritional solutions. This is a hands-on, high-impact role for a commercially minded professional passionate about health.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement strategic key account plans in line with business objectives
* Establish and maintain productive call cycles to maximise territory potential
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities while nurturing existing relationships
* Understand and address strategic customer challenges through tailored education and support
* Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing and clinical teams
* Operate with a high degree of autonomy and accountability
What You’ll Need to Succeed
* Proven experience in medical device sales and key account management (essential)
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across various stakeholder levels
* Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage a self-directed schedule
* A clinical, nursing, or healthcare background is advantageous but not required
* Genuine passion for improving patient care and health outcomes
