Accountabilities
* Own and execute the social media strategy across key channels, including LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube, ensuring consistent publishing cadence and strong community engagement.
* Drive external brand communications through PR coordination, speaking opportunities, review management, and reputation-building initiatives.
* Produce high-reach brand content such as newsletters, social campaigns, and creative moments that increase visibility and top-of-funnel engagement.
* Leverage AI tools to enhance brand consistency, improve production efficiency, and optimize content quality across formats.
* Collaborate closely with global marketing, product, and leadership teams to align brand messaging and campaigns.
* Foster an inclusive and collaborative culture by actively engaging with colleagues across time zones and functions.
Requirements
* Proven experience managing and growing social media channels and communities for a B2B SaaS or tech brand.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to craft compelling narratives.
* Hands‑on content creation skills, including social posts, newsletters, and PR‑style communications.
* Comfort working in a fast‑paced, fully remote environment with strong ownership and autonomy.
* Experience using AI or automation tools to scale content production and optimize workflows.
* Strong organizational skills, creativity, and attention to detail.
* Bonus: Prior experience in PR, media outreach, press releases, or related communications tools.
