ResponsibilitiesTake on the role of Project Manager in global, cross-functional quality projects – from implementation and rollout to strategic initiatives while demonstrating professional leadership and coordination of interdisciplinary and international project teams as well as external partners.Independent management of projects within the PMO Quality Management portfolio, such as developing a traceability concept; rolling out SAP inspection planning at the plant level; taking over projects within our Product Integrity workstream – part of the sustainability program.Contribute to the introduction of new quality management methods and tools, including administration and training.Further development of e-learning content as part of the QUALITY LEADER initiative.Optimization and advancement of project management standards, methods, and tools within the PALFINGER organization.QualificationsSeveral years (1-3) of professional experience in project management, ideally in an international corporate environment. Project management certification (e.g., PMI, IPMA, PRINCE2) is an advantage.Completed studies in business administration, business informatics, or a comparable qualification.Solid knowledge of traditional and agile project management methods, ideally with experience in quality management, lean management and document management systems.Strong communication skills, initiative, team spirit, and a high level of commitment and flexibility.
