Role Overview
This role drives the product strategy for HFT systems, delivering sub‑millisecond latency, 99.99% uptime, and robust risk and compliance safeguards.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the design, continuous improvement, and delivery of HFT systems meeting sub‑millisecond latency targets.
* Ensure 99.99% uptime for all critical trading systems and infrastructure.
* Shape product activities to directly impact P&L, market share, and capital efficiency.
* Discover, design, and develop trading enhancements and risk monitoring tools.
* Own and communicate the product roadmap, aligning traders, engineers, and business stakeholders.
* Oversee stress‑testing, validation, and back‑testing integration of trading systems.
* Integrate regulatory and compliance requirements into the product roadmap.
* Manage relationships with data providers and exchanges, scanning for strategic opportunities.
* Act as the central communication hub between traders, quants, engineers, and stakeholders.
Essential Qualifications
* Demonstrated experience with low‑latency or high‑frequency trading systems.
* Strong quantitative and analytical skills, capable of understanding complex financial models.
* Deep technical knowledge of electronic trading systems, from market data ingestion to order execution.
* Solid grasp of trading principles and sophisticated risk management practices.
* Proven track record of translating business and quantitative needs into clear engineering requirements.
Beneficial Experience
* Deep understanding of market microstructure in crypto markets.
* Passion for digital assets and crypto trading.
* Experience with agile product management methodologies focused on delivery efficiency.
* Background in software or infrastructure engineering, especially real‑time systems.
* Familiarity with regulatory compliance for financial markets.
* Experience in fintech, particularly derivatives markets.
