Sales Development Representative (f/m/d)

Econetix is a fast-growing ClimateTech company developing and operating its own climate protection projects. We are now building our sales team from the ground up – and we're looking for a highly motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) who’s excited to drive new customer acquisition and play a key role in shaping our future sales engine.
Your mission: Fill the pipeline and drive our mission forward. As SDR at Econetix, you’ll actively search for new business opportunities, identify high potential customers, initiate contact with potential clients, and pave the way for our Account Executives to close high-value deals. You are the spark that brings Econetix into the conversation. Together, we thrive our mission to reach net-zero.
Your Responsibilities
·Research and identify high-potential companies and target personas
·Enrich data and execute developed outreach strategies
·Conduct cold outreach via email, LinkedIn, and phone to engage decision-makers
·Establish first contact and qualify leads through friendly, professional communication
·Hand over qualified potential clients to the Account Executive Team
·Keep CRM (HubSpot or Salesforce) up to date and help structure the sales process
·Collaborate directly with the CSO and shape how we build relationships with clients from scratch
What You Bring
·Experience or strong interest in B2B sales, lead generation or SDR roles
·Excellent communication skills - both written and spoken - in English and German
·Enthusiasm for speaking with people – especially via phone and email
·Structured, proactive, and curious mindset
·Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot or Salesforce is a plus
·Bonus: Arabic language skills
·Interest in climate, cleantech, sustainability or making a real economic and environmental impact
