We are looking for a Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our quality engineering team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest quality standards are met throughout all stages of production.
Job Description
In this challenging and rewarding position, you will be responsible for developing and implementing quality assurance processes to ensure that our products meet the required standards. You will work closely with our development and production teams to identify and address any quality issues that may arise.
Your primary focus will be on designing and implementing effective quality control measures to prevent defects and ensure customer satisfaction. You will also be responsible for conducting internal and external audits to verify compliance with quality standards.
As a quality assurance specialist, you will have the opportunity to make a real impact on the success of our company by identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance our quality management system.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Technical education (e.g., apprenticeship, vocational training, or degree) in a field such as mechanical engineering or a related field
* Multiple years of experience in a quality-related role, preferably in a similar industry
* Strong knowledge of quality management principles and methodologies (e.g., APQP, FMEA, MSA, SPC, PPAP, and G8D)
* Familiarity with international quality standards (e.g., IATF, VDA6.3, and 9001)
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions
* High level of self-motivation, independence, and accountability, with excellent communication and teamwork skills
* Fluent German and English language skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages
