We are looking for a System Engineer – Tuning Center KBC (f/m/d) to join our team in Köstendorf. In this role, you will lead and coordinate technical development projects, working closely with interdisciplinary teams across design, electronics, software, and manufacturing. You will contribute to the development of innovative technical concepts while ensuring deadlines, costs, quality, and compliance with relevant standards are met. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES Technical management and coordination of design projects Development of technical concepts and management of interdisciplinary teams (design, electronics, software, manufacturing) Monitoring of deadlines, costs and quality Conducting risk analyses and technical reviews Support with prototyping, testing and commissioning and ensuring compliance with standards and guidelines YOUR QUALIFICATIONS A degree in mechanical engineering (TU/FH/HTL) with experience in project management for technical development projects Knowledge of PLM systems, CAD/CAE environments and product data management Understanding of product development processes and manufacturing technologies Good communication and teamwork skills, combined with analytical and entrepreneurial thinking and a structured and organised approach to work Good written and spoken English WHAT WE OFFER Flexible working hours with no core time and possibility to work from home Further training and international career opportunities Corporate health management "PALfit" Company restaurant with freshly prepared meals and daily meal subsidy Job ticket for travel to and from PALFINGER Numerous employee discounts through Corporate Benefits Minimum yearly gross salary according to Austrian metal industry collective agreement is EUR 53.241,02 based on full-time employment.
