Department Description
Our Legal Team handles all legal matters of the company with a strong focus on IT and data protection. We are looking for motivated students for an internship to support our teams and grow together.
What to do
* become part of a collaborative, highly motivated, and international team of legal experts
* work closely with our IT and business specialists
* advise colleagues on legal matters, draft memos, and support our Legal Team overall
* draft and review data protection agreements and all types of IT contracts
* research and monitor the latest legal developments and analyze their potential impact on our legal and contractual frameworks
* review, update, and manage our contract templates
* draft contract clauses
* contribute to major IT projects and bring in your own ideas
* document work results and handle important administrative tasks (especially in the field of data protection)

* learn about the interaction between IT, supervisory law, and data protection in the highly regulated banking sector
* you are studying Law or Business Law (completion of the first study phase and/or the civil law exam is an advantage)
* you are interested in new technologies and data protection
* you want to gain real insights into practical legal work
* you are open to a wide variety of tasks and changing topics
* you are highly motivated, work in a structured, accurate, and self‑organized manner, and actively take on tasks
* you have a quick grasp of complex matters and enjoy independently working through content to implement it in coordination with the team
* you are a team player with strong social skills and reliability
* you are fluent in both German and English

* We offer you a varied part-time internship position (20-30h/week) for 12 months. An internship salary of 3175,00€ for Bachelor Students or 3300,00€ for Master Students (gross per month on a full-time basis) is offered.
