CAE will initially operate five state-of the-art Full Flight Simulators in Vienna, including the G550, PH100/300, Global 7500, and a Global 6000 Vision Full Flight Simulators for business jets from leading manufacturers. The new 8,000-square-metre facility will have space for expansion with a capacity for up to nine Full Flight Simulators and will be purpose-built to deliver the most advanced pilot training experience in Central Europe.***Role Expectations**We are in search for Ground Instructors that are ready to take their existing experience as an aviation professional and transform their skills and knowledge into a world-class subject matter expert. In the GSI role, you will have the opportunity to lead clients through their training with the benefit of working close to home!GSI's will work alongside our client partners, providing expert Ground School instruction (classroom-based instruction), and you will be responsible for the upkeep of accurate and concise trainee records.You willalso get towork with top of the range equipment and the very latest aircrafttechnologies.**Ideal Professional Profile*** Ground School Instructors* High-performance aircraft and instructional experience* Skilled in mentoring and developing industry colleagues**Qualifications*** Responsible for delivering instruction during ground training phase of initial and recurrent courses using VSIM.* Delivering instruction on IPT during initial ground school.* Previous instructional experience, ideal not required - CFI* Must read, speak, and converse in English at a high level* A keen eye for detail in training delivery – you must be willing to maintain accurate and timely records in accordance with CAE policy and requirements* Basic computer proficiency – Microsoft Office and other internet-based programs* Flexibility to commit to a full-time work pattern* Must live in commutable distance to the Training Centre in Schwechat* The right to live and work in Austria is desirable* Prepared to spend a period of time outside of Austria to undertake initial type ratingsYou'll be someone who thrives on mentoring and developing industry colleagues from diversebackgrounds and be passionate about delivering a high standard of training.You'll also have a strong customer focus with the ability to create a welcoming and productive training environment for our business clients.**Location**The role will be based out of our Training Centre in Vienna so you will need to be able to commit to a full time, permanent position on site.\*\*Please note that a training bond would apply to this position.
