1. Support the development of concepts to involve leaders and employees in change initiatives and gather their feedback
2. Assist in the organization and follow-up of internal workshops and training sessions
3. Create and analyze surveys to assess engagement and effectiveness
4. Develop compelling communication materials, including intranet articles, presentations, and videos, to support change initiatives
5. Coordinate and engage with the internal Change Management Community to foster knowledge exchange and best practices
6. Contribute your academic knowledge and fresh ideas to ongoing projects
What makes you great
7. Advanced studies in Psychology, Sociology, Business Administration, or a related field, ideally with a focus on Organizational Psychology, HR, or Change Management.
8. Initial experience in facilitating workshops, moderating discussions, or designing engaging presentations (, Flipcharts, PowerPoint)
9. Creative and innovative mindset with strong communication skills and enthusiasm for guiding groups
10. Passion for topics such as organizational culture, team development, group dynamics, communication
11. Enjoy working in a collaborative and appreciative environment
12. Strong analytical skills and experience in conceptual work
13. Proactive and independent work style with a flexible mindset
14. Logical thinking and ability to visualize content using PowerPoint
15. Excellent command of German and English, with additional languages being advantageous
16. You are available from June for at least 4 months
