For our Employee Solution Team based in Klaus (Vorarlberg, Austria), we are currently looking for a
HR Compensation Expert, 80 - 100% (f/m/x)
What's it all about?
* You are strategically and operationally responsible for the design, further development, and implementation of our compensation system.
* You are the central point of contact for compensation topics in the company and are responsible for executing the compensation process.
* You advise and train managers and employees on compensation topics and act as a contact person for our HR team.
* You analyze compensation trends, conduct benchmarks, and derive measures for fair and market-competitive salaries.
* You lead and support HR projects with a focus on compensation.
* You actively contribute to HR controlling and reporting.

* You bring several years of experience in HR in a comparable compensation role.
* You have a strong affinity for numbers and digital HR systems and feel comfortable in a dynamic environment.
* You work with a focus on quality, impact, and a high degree of personal responsibility.
* You bring a proactive attitude and impress with your pragmatic and solution-oriented approach.
* You communicate confidently in German and English and present technical topics convincingly to internal stakeholders.
* You build strong relationships with various stakeholders and communicate at eye level.
