The Corporate Marketing & Communications department is a strategic function with the mission to strengthen brand preference and sustainably drive global and regional revenue growth. In taking over the role as "Chief of Staff Marketing & Communications", you support the VP Corporate Marketing & Communications in the effective leadership of the global marketing organization by combining strategic planning, structured portfolio and budget management, and operational excellence. Positioned at the intersection of strategy and execution, the role contributes to shaping priorities, driving initiatives, and fostering a strong, collaborative team culture.
Your responsibilities
Provide strategic support to the VP Corporate Marketing & Communications in planning, structuring, and monitoring the global marketing agenda, including defining objectives, tracking performance, and preparing decision-relevant analyses and presentations
Manage the calendar, travel arrangements, and correspondence of the VP Corporate Marketing & Communications to ensure efficient scheduling, professional communication, and smooth daily operations
Oversee the global marketing budget and portfolio by coordinating planning and reporting processes, ensuring compliance with internal guidelines, and identifying opportunities for optimization and cost efficiency
Coordinate and prioritize strategic initiatives, meetings, and cross-functional projects within the VP CMC area to ensure alignment, transparency, and timely execution
Design and implement formats, tools, and events that foster collaboration, engagement, and knowledge sharing across the global marketing and communications community
Your qualifications
Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or a related field
Several years of relevant experience, ideally in marketing strategy, project management or other strategic coordination roles; working experience with C-Level leaders a plus
Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and Power Point, and experienced in project management tools
Excellent organizational skills, structured working style, and the ability to manage multiple priorities as well as well as a strong analytical mindset and discrete handling of sensitive information
Fluent in English and German, both written and spoken

Minimum yearly gross salary according to Austrian metal industry collective agreement is EUR 46.614,68 based on full-time employment. According to experience and qualification, we offer a market-conform overpayment.
