In this role, you will collaborate with service regions, operations, and senior management to drive financial planning and reporting for the Overhaul & Repair product line, ensure accurate accounting, support process automation and digitalization, and deliver clear financial insights to enable business decisions.What We OfferA dynamic, international environmentOpportunities for professional growth and developmentThe chance to make a real impact in a fast-moving industryMoving cost support for new employees in accordance with policyGood connections to public transport – station in direct proximityINNIO e-Motion program - e-cars for private use with various rent periodsAttractive location in the heart of the alps which provides various outdoor sport and other leisure possibilitiesYour ResponsibilitiesDrive financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for the OH&R product line in close collaboration with service regions.Analyze and report key financial metrics, sales, and margins, providing clear commentary on risks, opportunities, and market trends to senior management.Review revenue and margin during closing, ensuring accurate journal entries for accruals and deferrals.Collaborate with operations and finance teams to resolve complex accounting issues and implement sustainable solutions.Support business initiatives, digitalization, and process automation, including data visualization of financial KPIs in Tableau.Maintain process documentation and risk controls, and provide audit support, including account reconciliations and evidence of controls.Your ProfileDegree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or similar, with several years of relevant experience—ideally in an international settingSolid knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes; experience with revenue recognition and accruals/deferrals is a plusStrong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel; experience with data visualization (e.g., Tableau) and ERP systems (e.g., SAP) preferredProactive, solution-oriented, and eager to drive process improvements and digitalizationExcellent communication and collaboration skills, with a structured and detail-oriented working styleFluent in English; German is an assetAt INNIO, we offer a competitive salary package which is far above the requirements of the metal collective agreement in Austria.
