For our client, an international company based
in Baden, we are looking for a Corporate
Procurement Specialist / Global SCM Specialist
(m/f/d).
General Information:
* Start: 24.11.2025
* Duration: Initial
contract of 4 months with extension option based on
performance
* Workplace:
Baden
* Workload: 80–100%
* Remote/Home
Office: Hybrid – mainly remote, with presence in the Zurich
office (Zurich-Oerlikon HQ) 1–2 times per week depending on
stakeholder needs
Tasks & Responsibilities:
* Support the
development and ensure communication and implementation of
Corporate Procurement
strategies
* Contribute to the
improvement of procurement areas such as Indirect Materials &
Services, Risk Management, and Supply Base
Management
* Ensure execution,
maintenance, and compliance of assigned procurement activities and
initiatives
* Collaborate in
the development and implementation of global procurement strategies
related to Indirect Materials & Services, Risk Management,
Supplier Management, Quality, and
Sustainability
* Lead eRfX
events for Professional Services, specifically Consulting,
Financial, and Legal Services, as well as other Indirect Services
Categories
* Manage and
interact with senior stakeholders across the
organization
* Execute the
implementation of Procurement Strategies in close collaboration
with relevant category teams and business
stakeholders
* Report directly
to the Co-Head of Corporate
Procurement
Qualifications:
* Completed commercial
apprenticeship or higher education in a relevant
field
* Proven, strong background in
Indirect Procurement
* Several
years of professional experience in procurement or supply chain
management
* Open to
mid-level, senior, and junior professionals with a strong attitude
and motivation
* Strong
interest and understanding of corporate procurement
practices
* Good communication
skills and ability to work in a hybrid, cross-functional
setup
* High level of
motivation, initiative, and collaborative
mindset
* Fluency
in English is required; German is a strong
advantage, but not
mandatory
