Cricks Highway is continuing to grow, and we are looking for a motivated and driven Selling Sales Manager to join our team representing Renault, XPENG and JAC.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about the automotive industry, leadership, and delivering outstanding customer experiences. You will work closely with the Sales Manager to drive performance, support the sales team, and help continue building the success of these exciting brands.
About the Role
As a Selling Sales Manager, you will play a key role in supporting daily dealership operations while helping lead and motivate the sales team to achieve strong results.
Responsibilities
* Supporting the Sales Manager with daily operations and team performance
* Assisting in achieving monthly sales targets and KPIs
* Coaching and mentoring sales consultants
* Delivering exceptional customer service and customer journey experiences
* Managing customer enquiries and assisting with closing opportunities
* Maintaining strong product knowledge across Renault, XPENG and JAC
* Ensuring showroom presentation and vehicle displays are maintained
* Assisting with stock management and delivery coordination
* Building long-term customer relationships and repeat business opportunities
What We’re Looking For
* Minimum of 2 years' management experience within automotive industry
* Leadership or senior sales experience highly regarded
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Positive attitude with strong motivation to succeed
* Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
* Professional presentation and team-focused mindset
* Current Australian Driver Licence
