In your role as Performance Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for the performance marketing strategies and monitoring of cross-brand financial marketing campaigns. THE TASKS AWAITING YOU
1. develop and execute yearly & quarterly performance marketing strategies across Google Ads, Meta, YouTube, programmatic, Native and affiliate channels
2. efficiently manage and allocate the marketing budget to achieve the best possible ROI and customer acquisition
3. collaboration with creative and content teams to develop compelling ad creatives tailored to motorcycle enthusiasts
4. analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and Sales Platforms
5. conducting A/B testing on creatives, landing pages, and messaging to improve conversion rates
6. identify new growth opportunities and emerging platforms relevant to the motorcycle community
7. close cooperation with the product and sales teams to align marketing efforts with business goals
8. monitoring competitor activity and industry trends to stay ahead in the market
HOW YOU CAN INSPIRE US
9. completed studies in marketing
10. 3–5 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in the automotive or lifestyle consumer goods sector
11. proven track record of managing multi-channel digital campaigns with measurable results
12. strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel, Google Analytics and ad platforms
13. solid knowledge with SEO, SEM, retargeting, and funnel optimization
14. passion for motorcycles or experience in the motorcycle industry is a strong plus
15. deep Microsoft Office knowledge, especially in Excel
16. excellent English skills
17. a quick thinker with good organizational skills with an independent working style
